Protection of your data

We care greatly about managing the personal data you provide to us with care. And protecting this data is also especially important to Learose.be.
In all our data processing (collection, recording and use), we strictly respect all valid legal conditions regarding data protection. You may visit our website at any time without having to provide or enter any personal information.

In order to be able to constantly improve the quality of our website, however, we do record data concerning the traffic to different pages. These records are taken without any personal reference. In other words, the data is recorded anonymously and there is no way for you to be identified.

Use of your data

The data that you share with us is only used to ensure that you are able to make your purchases smoothly, as well as for our own advertising purposes, insofar as you have given us your permission. We do not disclose your data to third parties for marketing or other purposes.

If you would rather not receive information from us, you may simply notify us, free of charge, at the time of your registration. You can also later oppose the use of your personal data for publicity purposes according to the following procedure:

  • By using the Unsubscribe link in the Newsletter

If we do not receive indication of opposition from you, we will consider you as having accepted the use of your data as described above.
Personal data obtained through this website is stored in the files of the company Les Creations du Sablon SPRL - 32 Place du Grand Sablon - 1000 Brussels.
Your personal data is protected according to the strict regulations of the Law.

How will my purchases be delivered?

When will I receive my parcel ?

Products are delivered only during the 5 working days in the week (no deliveries will be made during the weekend). Users should note that orders registered on the site on Friday afternoon will not be processed until the following Monday.

Method of delivery

We have chosen to work with the partner that has the largest distribution network in Belgium: Bpost.
Bpack@home: delivery by Bpost to an address of your choice, to your home or office, for example. If you miss the delivery by Bpost, you can request a second delivery or collect your package at your Bpost office.

Payment

Easy and secure

On Learose.be, placing your orders couldn't be easier. You select a method of payment and we take care of the security for the transactions.

Since shopping should be safe and easy, we have selected the most secure payment methods available!

You can pay for your order by:
credit card (VISA, Mastercard or American Express)
Subject to clearance by your bank, your purchase will be completed in seconds.

Security for financial transactions is an important and specialised field.

That is why we have entrusted the registration of payments through our site to Paypal, one of the European leaders in online payments.

How are exchanges and returns handled ?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the item you have ordered, you can return it within 14 calendar days, to be counted from the day after the product is delivered. However, the item you wish to return must be :

  • in its original condition and may not have been worn;
  • it must be accompanied by its original label and packaging.

In the case of wear that demonstrably exceeds simply trying the item on, we reserve the right to refuse reimbursement of the item or to claim compensation. It is your responsibility to ensure that the items you return to us meet these conditions for return.
'Personalised' orders are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
How does it work exactly ?
To return an item to us from within Belgium, simply

  • Fill out the return slip included with your delivery or available here;
  • Include this return form with the items you are returning;
  • Drop it all off in a sealed envelope, at a Bpost Postal Point.

We strictly require you to retain the proof of drop-off until we confirm that we have received your return. This document shows the date of return as well as the receipt number for your return
Provided that the merchandise is returned intact, in its original packaging with all the accessories, you will receive reimbursement within 14 days of your cancellation notice..
The shipping for your return parcel is free.

To return an item to us from a different country, you simply : 

  • Fill out the return slip included with your delivery;
  • Include this return form with the items you are returning;
  • Send us the package according to the method of your choice

Shipping can not be refunded

Important note: these conditions and the address above are only valid for online purchases. Return conditions do not apply to customised products, meaning products that have been adjusted to size or engraved

Product availability

We strive to always give correct information about the availability and delivery of our products.We manufacture all our jewels in our workshops but we have to send some of them who need to have gold on it to a supplier, if ever the product is sold out , the time to have the items anew in stock is 2 or 3 weeks.

Guarantee

The user is covered by the legal guarantee of articles 1649 bis and following of the Civil Code, for any defects existing at the time of delivery of the item, if detected within a period of two years starting from the delivery date.
The guarantee does not apply to:

  • normal wear and tear on certain items;
  • defects or damage caused by the fault of the User.
